Greige

Most kind of greige fabric we weave ourselves on brand new setup of Sulzer and Auto looms. After 100% inspection of greige cloth, we can take in process to make sure all quality standard should be perfect for dyeing & printing.

Dyeing

We have setup of continuous dyeing upto med colours on IR/EVAC system, having best washing and pigment durability.

Printing

We have brand new setup upto 15 colours printing in 4 repeats. We have complete in-house system of quality control, lab testing and meter to meter inspection methods. We are getting the best printing results.

Laboratory

Most modern lab, having all kind of in-house test available required for Home Textile and all matching under data colour.

Raising

Fully computerized Torres raising, production capacity approx 50,000 meters per day.

Inspection

Meter by meter finished fabric inspection.Reference sample from each bundle of fabric makes continuity of full lot.

Stitching / Quilting

Stitching house consisting of plain, overlocked, blind, gathering, embriodery, lace work most modern about 500 machines. We are producing the best and fancy articles in home textiles. Imported most modern computerized Single needle machines producing comforters in large volume. Multi needle machines we use for bed spread making and other quilted products.

Embroidery

On most modern embroidery machines we produce the most fancy range of emproidered bed sets as well as curtains.
